We love a good party—but we love our space, too. Rentals require a signed agreement and refundable damage deposit. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements in the event of damage or theft. Any guests caught walking off with items that don’t belong to them will be asked to return them—no hard feelings, just house rules.
